We really hope you love Fossil Fuel. However, if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’d be happy to either exchange it or refund the purchase price and postage.
If you’re unhappy with your order, within 7 days of your purchase:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Briefly explain what the problem is and let us know if you’d like an exchange or a refund.
2. Return your item(s) to us by post. Package the return securely and pop the invoice in with the package, so we know who it relates to when we receive it. The postage must be pre-paid. We’re really sorry but we can’t refund the cost of this return postage.
